A giant of New York tenor saxophonists, and here he is in a new two tenor band with the fleet fingered Londoner, O'Higgins and a top rhythm team of Andrew McCormack (piano), Arnie Somogyi (bass) and Kristian Leth (drums).

The Blue Lamp is at 121 Gallowgate, Aberdeen, AB25 1BU. There is on street parking near by and across the road is the Gallowgate Car Park. The venue has disabled access and facilities and has been described as one of the best live venues for jazz in the UK.
