Georgia Cecile
2022 Jazz FM ‘UK Jazz Act of the Year’ and ‘Vocalist of the Year’ Georgia Cécile is leading the new wave of UK jazz crossover artists. Influenced by legends like Nina Simone and Stevie Wonder, Cécile's music blends retro soul-jazz with modern R&B influences in performances that are rich in storytelling and possess soulful depth.
Following her acclaimed debut album, Georgia supported Gregory Porter on tour, performed with the BBC Concert Orchestra, and opened the London Jazz Festival on BBC4. Her new release, City Girl, marks a bold evolution in Georgia’s sound, exploring themes of love, wonder, and unity.
