I am super excited to be performing in Islay again (first time i was with the fantastic Laura Macdonald doing a Burt Bacharach tribute a few years ago) this time i am back with my original music and i really appreciate the opportunity! I can't wait to share my music and have a fun time! :)

Laura Osa winner of '2024 'Rising Star' award at the Scottish Jazz Awards is singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist whose music blends jazz with gospel, Afro-influenced rhythms, and contemporary R&B. Rooted in a strong lyrical voice, her songwriting is shaped by lived experience, culture, and her faith.  Her sound is defined by emotional storytelling, ethereal vocals, and a modern approach that bridges jazz with soul-based music. 

Her upcoming performance will feature material from her upcoming **debut EP** “Be Still”  a collection of original work that marks a significant milestone in her artistic journey, offering audiences their first full introduction to her sound and vision.
