Kimberley Tessa is the latest in the current rich crop of jazz musicians emerging from Scotland to be stunning audiences across the country.
Voted 'Rising Star' in the 2023 Scottish Jazz Awards, vocalist/saxophonist Kimberley will be showcasing her original music, alongside her favourite jazz standards and more at Canvas on Saturday evening. With her dynamic band alongside her, expect fireworks, heartbreak, and an honesty that belies her young years. Not to be missed.

Headlining this years festival, kitti will be joined by local big band stars The Tayside Big Band, for a one-off spectacular in the Bonar Hall.
To celebrate her debut album “Somethin’ In The Water” being nominated for the Scottish Album of the Year Award 2025, tonight will see brand new specially commissioned arrangements of her album for big band, along with jazz classics and show-stopping tunes from the great American songbook. Combined with the unmatchable sounds of a big band on the top of their game, it'll be a night to remember.
