kitti closes the show with a spell-binding set

Sunday 16th November saw a spectacle - Glaswegian singer kitti teaming up with local group The Tayside Big Band to present two hours of original songs and swing classics!

In front of a packed Bonar Hall, the 20+ strong band played through a wide-range of big band hits, and accompanied kitti on some of her favourite jazz standards. 

As a special commission for the Dundee Jazz Festival, and to celebrate the anniversary of her debut album's release, kitti performed three tracks from the Scottish Album of the Year 2025 nominated 'Somethin' in the Water'. 

Standing ovations brought down the curtain on Dundee Jazz Festival 2025, and we're already excited to bring on 2026.
