Aberdeen Jazz Festival is committed to engaging and creating a community of jazz musicians, fans, listeners and practitioners across the whole of the country.

We work to ensure that an ethical community programme is a fully-embedded strand of all our festivals, and offering accessible high quality music to everyone, all year round.

To this end, we've started the Ron Bird concert series in Middlefield and will place free community events across March throughout the festival.
